Enterprise AI platform Loop AI has raised $14 million in Series A funding led by Nyca Partners.
Founded in 2022, Loop AI offers AI-powered software that helps restaurants and retailers run back-office operations, from deliveries to finance and marketing.
The why: the funds will support product expansion and hiring across New York, San Francisco, Tampa and Bengaluru, while deepening AI tools for profitable delivery.
Strategic importance: delivery is becoming the restaurant industry’s new drive-thru, and backed by new and existing investors, Loop AI aims to make it more profitable for operators.
The funding also helps the company tap into the fast-growing US food delivery market, valued at about $140 billion in 2025 and expected to reach nearly $1 trillion by 2035.
