PTC Industries’ UK arm has signed a five-year collaboration with Finnish tech firm Coolbrook to bring advanced heating technology into high-end metal manufacturing.
The deets: the partnership will explore using Coolbrook’s RotoDynamic Heater (RDH), a technology that generates extremely high temperatures using electricity instead of fossil fuels. This can be used in metal processing and advanced manufacturing, especially for industries like aerospace and defence.
